Data Deletion
You can delete your CollabKeep data — including anything we read from your connected Instagram or YouTube accounts — at any time. Here are the ways to do it.
1. Disconnect a social account (fastest)
- Open the CollabKeep app → Profile / Get verified → Manage Instagram & YouTube connections.
- Tap Disconnect next to Instagram or YouTube.
This revokes our access and deletes the cached platform data (followers, insights, media) within 30 days. You can also revoke CollabKeep directly in your Meta Business Integrations or Google Account permissions.
2. Delete your whole account
Email Brijesh@untitledad.in from your registered address with the subject "Delete my CollabKeep account", or message +91 94282 73686.
We verify it's you, then delete your profile, KYC, connected-social data, messages, and ratings within 30 days.
3. What we must retain
Financial records tied to completed escrow payouts (GST invoices, 194-O TDS filings) are retained for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires, even after account deletion. These are kept minimal and are not used for any other purpose.
