Terms of Service

By using CollabKeep you agree to these terms. CollabKeep is a marketplace connecting Brands, Agencies, and Creators, with campaign funds held in third-party escrow and released on verified proof.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for your account. Roles: Brand, Agency, Creator, Operator. Creators must use an Instagram Business/Creator account to link socials (Meta deprecated Basic Display).

2. Escrow & payments

• Payments are collected through Razorpay, a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. Payment-method details are entered on Razorpay's checkout; CollabKeep never sees or stores them.
• The deal amount is received by Untitled Adflux Private Limited (CollabKeep) and held for that deal. “Escrow” on CollabKeep means this payment-protection step; it is not a bank escrow account or a trust arrangement, and CollabKeep is not a bank, a wallet or a payment aggregator.
• If a deal is cancelled before work is accepted, or a dispute is decided for the brand, the amount is refunded to the original payment method through Razorpay; refund timing depends on the bank. Creator payouts are made by bank transfer or UPI.
• Funds release to the creator on brand approval or the 48-hour auto-approve after proof is verified.
• Platform fee is charged to the brand (creators pay 0%). GST and 194-O TDS are computed and handled per payout.
• A campaign must be funded before work begins (funded-before-work).

3. Creator obligations

• Deliver the agreed content, disclose paid partnerships per ASCI (#ad), and submit the live post URL as proof.
• Proof is the live post — screenshots are not accepted.

4. Disputes

Either party may raise a dispute, which freezes the escrow. A CollabKeep operator reviews and resolves by releasing to the creator or refunding the brand. Mandatory written feedback is required for revision requests (creator protection).

5. Fair marketplace

Discovery filters use niche, reach, language, city, format, and price only — never religion, caste, gender, age, or ethnicity. Badges and tiers are earned, never purchasable; there is no paid ranking.

6. Connected platforms

Use of Instagram and YouTube data is read-only and governed by our Privacy Policy and by Meta's and Google's platform terms. CollabKeep uses YouTube API Services: by connecting YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We never post, edit, or delete on your behalf.

7. Prohibited conduct

No fraud, fake engagement, misrepresentation, circumventing escrow, or attempting to move contact/payment off-platform to avoid creator protections.

8. User content, objectionable material & moderation

Messages, profiles, briefs, applications and any other text or media you submit ("user content") are yours, and you are responsible for them. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour — including harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual or exploitative content, spam, scams, impersonation, or anything unlawful.

By using CollabKeep you agree not to post such content and not to abuse other users. We filter for objectionable language, and we act on reports of objectionable content or abusive users — normally within 24 hours — by removing the content, muting or suspending the account, and, where required, reporting to the authorities.

Report or block: in the app you can report any message, profile, brief or application, and block another user, from the ⋯ menu on that item. You can also email we@collabkeep.com. Reports are reviewed by a person; the reporter's identity and notes are kept confidential and used only for moderation.

9. Liability

CollabKeep provides the platform "as is." We are not a party to the creative contract between brand and creator beyond operating escrow and dispute resolution. Our liability is limited to the platform fee for the relevant campaign.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Gujarat, India.
