Questions

Does CollabKeep hold my money?

Yes — for the length of the deal. You pay through Razorpay (a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India); CollabKeep holds the deal amount and pays the creator only after you approve the published work, or 48 hours after verified proof if you don't respond. If the deal is cancelled before work is accepted, or a dispute goes your way, it is refunded to your original payment method.

Are there setup or subscription fees?

No setup fee and no mandatory subscription. Brands pay the per-campaign platform fee only when they run a campaign. Add-ons are optional.

Who pays GST and TDS?

Computed automatically per payout. Brands get a GST invoice to claim ITC; 194-O TDS is handled by the platform.
